Darryl Kickett: the business of healing

November 22, 2016

Darryl Kickett, a Noongar man from the Narrogin area of Western Australia, has worked tirelessly for his people for more than 40 years and is an ambassador for Roelands Village in south-west WA.

At IBECC16, Darryl will talk about using business to heal Indigenous communities and individuals. For a taster, watch his short interview here.

“Roelands Village now presents an opportunity to establish a healing precinct where indigenous businesses can be set up and be able to grow resources to be able to help the healing process for the survivors who come here to Roelands for themselves, their families and their children and their community, to fix up those broken and damaged spirits and to become strong into the future.”

Darryl's experience with Roelands and belief in business as a healing device is widely praised and will deliver unique insights for delegates of IBECC16.

We look forward to seeing you there!
